The Executive Officer is pleased to announce that Liam Kernaghan (President) and Stuart McHale (Board Member) have been re-elected unopposed to their current positions. As per our rules: Liam Kernaghan’s appointment is for 12 months, ending 31 December 2027 Stuart McHale’s appointment is for 24 months, ending 31 December 2028. The Management Board for 2027 is therefore Liam Kernaghan (President), and Stuart McHale and Peter Duncan (Board Members).
